§ 01
The Idea

What Autocratic Theocrat actually means.

This system merges absolute political power with religious or divine authority. The economy may be centrally directed or managed via edicts that claim a higher spiritual justification. Individual freedoms are minimal, as the ruler's power comes from a presumed sacred source.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman is one example of this ideology in practice. Political parties are banned, and there are no national elections for legislative bodies.
